Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Last Modified: May 2026

Welcome to Worldwide MICE (https://worldwidemice.com/). When "we", "us", or "our" are referenced across this platform, they pertain to Worldwide MICE, the entity operating this website, its associated subdomains, digital portals, and corporate services (collectively, the "Site").

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By accessing the Site or utilizing our corporate services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these parameters, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By navigating this Site, submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP), or finalizing an event service agreement, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our digital tools at any time for any user exhibiting unauthorized behavior.

2. Services Overview

Worldwide MICE provides premium B2B solutions across global corporate hospitality and event logistics, specializing in:

  • Event Management: Comprehensive strategy, design, planning, onsite execution, and audio-visual coordination for global events.
  • Travel Solutions: Group flight block procurement, executive charter facilitation, visa logistics, and local ground transportation coordination.
  • MICE Services: Dedicated infrastructure and execution models tailored specifically for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.
  • Corporate/Event Consultation: Strategic venue sourcing, financial budgeting models, supplier negotiation, and compliance auditing.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Accurate Information Submission: You are entirely responsible for ensuring that all data submitted via our RFPs, event registration forms, or attendee portals (including company tax data, passport records, and billing details) is completely accurate and up to date.

Prohibited Activities & Disabling Devices: Users must not upload, embed, or transmit any data containing malicious code, Trojan horses, or viruses designed to disrupt the Site. You are prohibited from using automated scrapers to extract our venue pricing data.

Misuse Restrictions: Speculative or fraudulent inquiries, duplicate dummy bookings, or exploiting site vulnerabilities to secure unverified pricing tiers will result in immediate cancellation of your corporate profile and potential legal escalation.

4. Booking & Payment Terms

Advance Payments: Securing high-capacity international venues, convention halls, and block flight allocations requires a commitment. All corporate agreements require non-refundable deposits or advance payments as detailed in your specific contract or invoice.

Pricing Policies: Quotes are subject to real-time adjustments based on seasonal hotel tariffs, commercial airline flux, and international exchange rates until a formal Scope of Work (SOW) is legally signed.

Taxes and Fees: Unless itemized otherwise, all quotes are subject to regional Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), local municipal tourist taxes, or airport levies, which will be calculated at the point of billing.

Payment Gateway Terms: Online invoices are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. Worldwide MICE never holds your full credit card credentials on its local servers.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellation Scales: Cancellations are managed via a sliding scale tied strictly to the proximity of the scheduled event date. The specific forfeiture rates of deposits will be detailed in your individual service agreement.

Refund Timelines: Validated refunds, minus non-recoverable third-party deposits and administrative fees, are processed within 30 to 45 business days.

Vendor-Related Conditions: MICE logistics heavily depend on strict, non-refundable deposit terms enforced by airlines, hotel blocks, and destination management companies (DMCs). Worldwide MICE is bound by these external supplier policies, which directly dictate our capacity to issue refunds.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Website Content Ownership: All proprietary code, custom graphic assets, user interface layouts, copy, and database structures are the exclusive property of Worldwide MICE or its software partners.

Logo and Branding Protection: The "Worldwide MICE" name, trademark, and visual branding elements are legally protected. They may not be displayed, mirrored, or utilized in your external event marketing or press releases without explicit written authorization from our marketing department.

Unauthorized Usage: Any unauthorized commercial reproduction, modification, or framing of our platform's layout or assets is treated as an intellectual property infringement under applicable international laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Worldwide MICE acts as an expert intermediary planner connecting corporate clients with independent hospitality suppliers. Consequently, we limit our liability as follows:

  • Third-Party Vendors: We assume no liability for the operational defaults, service quality drops, labor negligence, insolvency, or bankruptcy of third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, transport providers, local venues).
  • Travel Delays and Disruptions: We are not financially responsible for delays, cancellations, baggage loss, or schedule adjustments stemming from airline operations or border control regulations.
  • Force Majeure & Event Disruptions: In the event of climate disruptions, geopolitical issues, strikes, or municipal utility outages that alter an event, our liability is strictly limited to the return of any unspent management fees collected for that specific component of the contract.

8. Third-Party Services

Our operational capacity is fundamentally integrated with external services, including commercial airlines, international hotel groups, convention centers, and ground transport networks. By moving forward with a Worldwide MICE booking, you acknowledge that you are concurrently bound by the unique terms, carrier laws, and safety guidelines enforced by these individual third-party suppliers.

9. Privacy Reference

We prioritize the security of your corporate data and attendee logistics. Your collection, usage, and movement of personal information across our platform are completely governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via our dedicated privacy link on our website footer.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, your use of this Site, and any contractual transactions or disputes arising from our operations shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: In the event of a commercial dispute or contractual disagreement, both parties agree to first engage in a private, structured mediation process in good faith before seeking judicial recourse.

Legal Escalation: If an amicable resolution is not achieved via mediation within 60 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Modification of Terms

Worldwide MICE reserves the structural right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes become legally binding the moment they are updated on this page. We encourage you to review these terms regularly; continued use of our services following adjustments establishes your full acceptance of the revised terms.
